So I am definitely breaking with my tradition of strict chronological order to "skip ahead to the magical and enchanting" for this post. Eventually I hope to go back and document some "little" things that have occurred to our blessed family lately (Daddy's new job, our big move to our gorgeous home in Smithfield, Hannah's first birthday, Black and Hough family reunions, and many other happy happenings). But when you have a photoshoot this fantastical (it was actually a rather nightmarish ordeal with two terrible tots, props galore, waning daylight and many frustrating factors beyond our control...although we thought of EVERYTHING, even home-baked sugar cookies, chandeliers, an antique baby buggy and carousel horse...maybe a few TOO many things) . . .
All you need is ONE great picture to make all the painful prep and stressy drama of the shoot worth it and I am proud to say, we got MANY amazing pics. It speaks to how cheerful, optimistic, unflappable and all-around talented and wonderful Grandma Black is that she doesn't give up on our vision and continually perseveres to create MAGIC. OOOOoooooh, we love her. These memories of my rascally and cherished babygirls are so precious to me and it is so wonderful to have them recorded for forever through a delicious picture.
Ohhhhhhhhh these pics are simply adorable, your ma is one talented lady with that camera of hers.
